TWO SOULS,

You know that couple that just gets each other? That’s Kyle and Kaylie. From the moment I met them at their Airbnb in St. George, I could feel it, this day was gonna be personal, stylish, and full of heart. Their Cathedral Gorge State Park elopement was the perfect blend of classic elegance and desert-cool adventure, with every little moment soaked in intention, love, and a whole lot of let’s do this our way energy!

Getting Ready in St. George

The day started slow and sweet at a cozy Airbnb just outside of town. Kaylie and her girls lounged in matching pajamas (always iconic), giggling and soaking it all in. The morning felt warm and unrushed, like everyone knew something special was about to happen but also didn’t want to rush the magic. The details? IMMACULATE. From the modern black-and-white invites to her pearl heels and studded perfume bottles, every element screamed cool-girl bridal. And don’t even get me started on the rings, her set was a straight-up dream!

First Look with Her Dad (Cue the Tears)

Okay y’all, this one got me. Before heading off to the park, Kaylie did a first look with her dad and it was such a beautiful, emotional moment. You could feel years of love and pride in that one hug. His face when he saw her? Pure gold. And then came the first look with Kyle. Deep breath. The second he turned around and saw Kaylie in that off-the-shoulder gown? CHILLS. Their eyes locked and it was like the rest of the world melted away!

The Ceremony at Cathedral Gorge State Park

We all made our way to Cathedral Gorge State Park, and WOW, this place is actual magic. Towering sandstone cliffs, golden light, and the most breathtaking natural textures. It was like stepping onto another planet… one where love stories are carved right into the canyon walls. Kyle and Kaylie set up the sweetest little ceremony site surrounded by their closest people. No fluff. No distractions. Just raw, real promises exchanged in front of the people who mattered most. It was heartfelt and so them!

Exploring the Canyons: Just the Two of Them

After the ceremony, we stole away to wander through the canyons, and this is where the Cathedral Gorge State Park elopement energy really showed off. The light was perfection. The cliffs were glowing. And these two? Totally in their element. Every frame felt editorial. Timeless. A little edgy. Like a love story unfolding in the middle of the desert, bold and effortless all at once. It was the kind of portrait session where you don’t have to say much… just let the landscape and the couple speak for themselves.

Cake, Champagne, and Heart-Shaped Sunnies

We met back up with the fam for a little celebration, and honestly? It was such a vibe. There was cake (adorable), custom cookies, and bubbly being popped in front of those canyon walls. And Kaylie in her sparkly mini dress and heart-shaped sunglasses? ICONIC. They laughed, they sprayed champagne, and they sealed the day with a kiss and a cheers. No dance floors. No rules. Just love, joy, and that “we actually did it” kind of high!
