TWO SOULS,

Elijah and Allison’s Log Haven Wedding felt like stepping into a quiet mountain fairytale. Log Haven is already one of my favorite venues, it’s where I got married myself. So coming back always feels a little extra special! Their day had this peaceful, tucked-away energy that Log Haven does so well, and every detail came together in such an intentional, elegant way. With soft nods to Allison’s love for Disney and the charm of the forest surrounding them, their celebration felt warm, intimate, and completely their own!

Details & Getting Ready: A Calm, Intentional Start

The morning began slowly, with thoughtful details that set the tone for the entire day. Allison chose soft, romantic pieces, delicate florals, classic perfume, meaningful jewelry, each item adding to the timeless, slightly whimsical feel she envisioned. Her dress fit the environment perfectly: floral appliqué, soft structure, and that gentle princess elegance she loves. Getting ready had a quiet excitement to it. Natural light filled the rooms, friends moved in and out offering help and laughter. And both Allison and Elijah settled into the day in their own spaces. Elijah’s getting-ready moments were moody and warm, surrounded by Log Haven’s wood interior, while Allison’s space felt bright and airy. It was the perfect balance, two different energies, both leading to the same moment!

The Ceremony at the Amphitheater: A Log Haven Wedding Favorite

Their ceremony at the amphitheater was one of those scenes you remember long after the day ends. Surrounded by tall trees and soft mountain air, the space felt cozy and inviting. The florals brought in gentle color, blending beautifully with the natural backdrop. And guests tucked into the shade as Allison walked down the aisle. The whole moment felt grounded and heartfelt, the kind of ceremony that feels deeply connected to the location.

Private Vows at the Waterfall: A Quiet Moment Just for Them

Right after the ceremony, we walked across the street to the waterfall, a spot I always love using when couples choose Log Haven. It’s quieter there, with the sound of the water tucking you into your own little world. Elijah and Allison shared private vows with just the two of them, and it added such a meaningful layer to their day. The light filtered through the trees, her veil moved gently with the breeze, and it genuinely felt like a moment outside of time, personal, grounding, and full of emotion!

Dinner, Dancing & Celebrating All Night

Since they reserved the entire restaurant, the evening flowed so smoothly. Guests had space to mingle outdoors, enjoy dinner surrounded by warm lighting, and end the night on the dance floor without any interruptions. The atmosphere was relaxed but still elevated, exactly what Log Haven does best. And the cake, topped with soft pastel florals and subtle princess touches, tied in Allison’s vision beautifully. It felt like the perfect way to end a day filled with intention and heart.
