Andrew & Chelsey’s Beautiful Boho Elopement in Paint Mines, Colorado

The couple, Andrew, and Chelsey transmitted an effortless glamour that was simply magnetic. Their love for each other was noticeable, adding an extra layer of magic to the already beautiful surroundings. Chelsey was a vision in her Rue De Seine dress, its delicate blue tint providing a stunning contrast against the warm tones of the rocks. Andrew, with his stunning charm, looked as though he had walked straight out of the popular TV show, Yellowstone!! Together, they brought our vision to life in the most beautiful way. This unforgettable elopement shoot was part of a retreat that my talented colleague, kinseylynnphoto, and I organized in October. We had meticulously planned the entire retreat around this extraordinary location, and it did not disappoint. The Paint Mines, with their ethereal beauty, exceeded all our expectations!!

If you are considering an elopement at the Paint Mines, there are a few things to note! Firstly, you will need to apply for a permit. The park has also put a few rules in place to preserve the natural formations, such as prohibiting climbing on the rocks. It’s really important to respect these regulations to ensure this stunning location remains intact for future couples to enjoy. When you first arrive, you may question whether you’re in the right place! While the formations look ginormous in photos, they are actually smaller in person and almost underground. But as soon as you venture further into the park, you will be met with the breathtaking sight of the rocks coming through from the earth. It’s such a beautiful sight; it’s hard to believe such wonders occur naturally!!

This Boho elopement at the Colorado Paint Mines was easily one of my favorite sessions of the year! The combination of the unreal landscape, the stunning couple, and their noticeable love created an experience that was nothing short of amazing.
